By downloading or using Matra Magic Pro you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the App.

3. In-App Purchase

The ₹199 purchase is a one-time, non-refundable payment processed by Google Play or the App Store. Refund requests must go to the relevant store within their refund window.

4. User Conduct

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Do not attempt to hack or exploit the App
Do not use the App to harm others

5. Intellectual Property

All content — Hindi text, audio, game mechanics, stories and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Matra Magic Pro. No reproduction without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is". We are not responsible for errors in language content. Always consult a qualified Hindi teacher for formal education.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matra Magic Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in India.
